Reid + Amanda

It was a warm (for January, at least!) + sunny winter day in Pryor, Oklahoma. Friends and family gathered at Moore Farms to see Amanda + Reid Jones become husband + wife.

I absolutely love Amanda + Reid. They knew what they wanted and, with help from their family and friends, they made it happen! Amanda knew she did not want a long engagement, so their gorgeous wedding was put together in about a month by Amanda and her sweet mom. Amanda’s older sister helped by doing Amanda’s hair + makeup for the big day, making this beautiful girl feel like a stunning bride! Reid’s talented mom handled the decorating of the barn, and she did an absolutely amazing job.

The ceremony was short and simple, but completely perfect for Amanda + Reid. Amanda’s best fried, Alisen, officiated the ceremony and she made it so sweet and special for the new Mr. + Mrs. Jones!

Amanda + Reid decided to go the traditional route + skip the first look, but this allowed us to take some amazing photos at sunset after the ceremony. The family photos and the shots of the bridal party turned out just as I had hoped, so I was so excited to be able to send them to Amanda + Reid! The black bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen jackets created a great contrast that is so classic.

The details of this wedding were so well thought out. Amanda had a custom bouquet wrap made for her bridal bouquet with their brand on it. It was such a unique detail and was one of my favorite aspects of the entire day.

Another amazing detail was one that we were able to use in the photos. Amanda’s dad had a super cool restored turquoise truck that we used. It was another unique touch to their day that added some fun to their photos!

Overall, the day was completely beautiful and absolutely perfect. Every single guest was so happy for Amanda + Reid. It’s always special when the guests are just as happy as the bride and groom! I had so much fun documenting this special day for them and I am so honored that Amanda + Reid trusted me to do it.
